The Challenge
To celebrate the release of their ever-popular line of inflatable Xmas decorations, Canadian Tire wanted to wow people at a large press event. To help, Pixelpusher partnered with their innovation department and set to work developing something that would turn heads. Since one of the featured inflatable decorations was Yoda, we knew that whatever we came up with had to be truly amazing.
Our Solution
Feel that? It’s a great excitement in the force – an Oculus Rift powered 3D world of holiday wonder. In order to create a literal show-stopping environment for trade show visitors, we went virtual. Guests could don an Oculus Rift unit, and immerse themselves in a fully rendered, explorable world populated by the inflatable decorations – Yoda, the Minions, Santa and more. Amazing? It was, yes.
